INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs Nebraska Star Beef® Prestige® Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Minute Rice
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 tbsp Nebraska Star Beef® Signature® SPG Seasoning
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-heat the oven to 375° F.

Hand mix all ingredients together.

Form 8 – 1/4lb balls and put in a 9×13 casserole dish.

Top each meatball with an additional 1-2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce.

Bake for 1 hour.
