Original Summer Sausage
All-Beef Summer Sausage is great for snacking or sandwiches. It makes a great gift too. Original flavor is traditional savory flavor with light smoke and no spice; it can be enjoyed by all. Must keep refrigerated. Our All-Beef Original Flavor Summer Sausage is as traditional as summer sausage gets - lean beef, seasoning and smoked to perfection. We start with lean Angus beef. These 1 lb sausages are just over 2” in diameter and 8” long and stuffed in collagen casings, so you’ll want to peel them before eating. They are perfect for snacking, charcuterie boards, or as a holiday gift. We make ours the old fashioned way, which tastes better, but does require refrigeration. Cheese Summer Sausage
The same premium All-Beef Summer Sausage Original Flavor but with delicious Cheddar Cheese chunks added; always a crowd favorite. Must keep refrigerated. Cheddar Cheese Summer Sausage is the same traditional recipe as our Original Summer Sausage, but we add a generous helping of high temp cheddar cheese chunks for a little extra flavor and texture. This sausage does not have any spice added and can be enjoyed by all. Generous 1lb sausage measures just over 2” in diameter and 8” in length. We make them the old fashioned way, which delivers the best flavor, but it does require refrigeration. May be frozen for longer term storage.
Jalapeño Cheddar Summer Sausage
If you crave spicy treats, you gotta try this Summer Sausage. We turned up the heat with a generous helping of jalapeño flakes that really heat up this snack. The cheddar helps cool it a bit, but jalapeño is the star of the show. As one might gather from the name, we used the most popular hot pepper in North America to heat up this summer sausage. The base sausage is our Original Flavor and we add cheddar as well as a generous helping of dehydrated jalapeño flakes. This sausage definitely has an edge to it. If you’re sensitive to spicy things, we suggest steering clear of this one. Like the rest of our Summer Sausage line, they weigh 1 lb per sausage and measure 2” diameter and 8” long.
