    Our premium angus brisket flats are what pit master's dreams are made of, weighing 5.5 lbs on average they are well marbled, tender and ready for your smoker. Brisket Flats can also be prepared in the oven by conventional methods and provide plenty of premium beef for a very affordable price. Our brisket flats have the point (the fatty half) removed, are trimmed and ready to be seasoned and cooked. NEVER THAW IN A MICROWAVE - this can damage the product. ALWAYS thaw in the fridge or a pan of cold water. DO NOT remove cryovac packaging until product has thawed completely.

Prestige Angus Brisket Flat - Delicious!

We really enjoy smoking these brisket flats. I enjoy the whole briskets, but when I don't have as much time I prefer using these flats. I have not had to trim one by hand - they're read to go out of the package. I season it up and get it in the smoker and it's fantastic.

The quality of beef is better than what I can get or order from my local stores that carry briskets or can order you a few. We eat every square inch of these briskets and make great meals for those eating paleo-keto. I have never had a single issue with briskets from Nebraska Star Beef and will continue buying my briskets from them! Fast shipping, great support and customer service, and all-around just a great place to by quality beef from that is a cut above what you'd get at the grocery store. As a corn fed Nebraskan who has had beef from many places in Nebraska I can say Nebraska Star Beef is one of the best you can order beef from and I wholey recommend them.

The best brisket I have ever smoked!

I was quite surprised at the size of the brisket when it arrived - that's a lot of meat! I covered it in mustard and Nebraska Star Beef's seasoning and smoked it with apple wood for about 10 hours and it was FANTASTIC. :)
