This package contains 4 of our premium*, aged all natural Angus NY Strip Steaks. Whether you choose USDA Choice or USDA Prime beef, you will be getting beef that is "a cut above" beef that is sold at the supermarket. We start aging our beef on a hanger then wet age for an additional 35+ days to help make the meat as tender, flavorful and juicy as possible. Nebraska Star Beef® steaks can be found in the finest restaurants in our area and will stand shoulder to shoulder with the best steaks in the world. Our ground beef patties are our proprietary blend of Natural Angus and Natural Wagyu (Kobe style) beef. They are designed from the ground up to be the ultimate burger - the perfect combination of flavor, texture and richness. The package is rounded out with a bottle of our seasoning.
*by "Premium" we mean that our beef is: single source, all natural, hand selected smaller cattle that result in thicker steaks, hanger aged prior to being wet aged a minimum of 35 days, then expertly cut and trimmed by professional butchers before being flash frozen in special packaging that will allow it to keep for up to 1 year in the freezer. Most grocery store and butcher shop beef can't compete with that pedigree and level of convenience.
