This bundle is a great way to load up on some outstanding Ribeyes and burgers. Our 14oz Ribeye is a big steak, always well marbled, rich, tender and juicy. We recommend grilling them to an internal temperature of 115-120F for a perfect rare/medium rare finish. The burgers are something special. We blend our all natural Angus and Wagyu steak trimmings which gives these burgers a rich, aged flavor and a fat content of around 75/25, which is what most high end restaurants prefer. They will take your burger game to the next level. So the next time you want to serve a steak that will leave your friends wondering just where in the hell you got beef like that … throw a couple of these on the grill. On a serious note, our beef is always antibiotic and growth hormone free, BUT we do proudly feed our cattle GMO Corn and Corn Silage that we raise and harvest ourselves.
