6lb Boneless Prime Rib - One Beautiful Roast

Just wanted to say that the boneless prim rib roast was excellent. We fixed it for Thanksgiving as a special treat and everyone wanted that instead of turkey! Excellent taste, cooked easily and to perfection. Followed the instructions and it turned out fantastic! We'll definitely be ordering this again! It was heart breaking that we had no left-overs of the roast, but it gives me an excuse to buy another one soon!
