A very traditional teriyaki flavor. It is not a “sweet teriyaki” flavor, we stay true to the teriyaki sauce flavor with a hint of smoke to accent the flavor of our thick sliced beef.
Teriyaki flavored jerky is popular. All Natural**, premium*, teriyaki jerky with just the right bite is a little harder to find...but you just found it... We make it one batch at a time, and batches never exceed 200 lbs. Our meat is all carefully hand trimmed then sliced cross grain into thick pieces and marinated in premium seasoning under vacuum for optimal flavor transfer. Our process ensures consistent flavor, texture and tenderness that really sets it apart from convenience store jerky.
*by "Premium" we mean that our beef is: single source, all natural, hand selected cattle. We slice our jerky thicker than most which means it takes longer to cook and is harder to package....but it makes better jerky. We produce all of our jerky in <200 lb batches and lay everything out by hand. Paying attention to the details from genetics to how the jerky is laid out on the cooking racks sets us apart from the pack. We do things the hard way because we care enough to make things the best we are able.
