It’s got a great teriyaki tone and you won’t even notice the red pepper until the very end. It’s just spicy enough to be interesting.
Our premium* all natural** Sweet & Spicy jerky was a flavor we stumbled onto by accident. Chandler was making up a few batches of deer jerky last season and decided to see what would happen when he mixed the teriyaki and red pepper seasonings. It came out great and the rest is history.
*by "Premium" we mean that our beef is: single source, all natural, hand selected cattle. We slice our jerky thicker than most which means it takes longer to cook and is harder to package....but it makes better jerky. We produce all of our jerky in <200 lb batches and lay everything out by hand. Paying attention to the details from genetics to how the jerky is laid out on the cooking racks sets us apart from the pack. We do things the hard way because we care enough to make things the best we are able.
**We do not use MSG, Sodium Nitrite, or Potassium Sorbate in this product, and the beef used in this product is raised without: Antibiotics, Growth Hormones, or any other drug treatment.
