Extra days on a specially designed corn based diet and 35 days of wet aging put the Nebraska Star Beef Angus Brisket Whole in a league of its own. NEVER THAW IN A MICROWAVE - it can damage the product. ALWAYS thaw in the refrigerator or a pan of cold water. DO NOT remove cryovac packaging until product has thawed completely.
I had purchased this for a competition that long story short never came to fruition..... so then what do u do with a high grade brisket....... u have a party lol. An suffice it to say after a full day cook i had a lot of satisfied customers... so I would recommend, a solid amount of marbling and only a handful of hard fat to cut off
