This package goes deep on our Prestige® Petite Cut steaks and is rounded out with some premium roasting and/or smoking cuts and 30 lbs of premium 80/20 ground beef. All of the beef is USDA Choice & Higher. All steaks are hand cut and aged for 35 days for the ultimate in flavor and tenderness. Roasts and ground beef are hand cut and packaged fresh.
