Personal service but order wasn’t fulfilled correctly in the first place

Steaks are very good quality. Personalized service but when I checked on the gift I sent, it didn’t include the seasoning. Had I not asked the gift recipient if they received everything, I would have never known. So, as a tip, check on your gifts to make sure everything was sent. I contacted the company and they apologized and said they would ship the seasoning. I trust it will arrive soon.
