Nebraska Star Beef is processed, wet aged 35 days, cut, flash frozen and stored in a state of the art frozen storage facility until it ships to you in a cooler with dry ice. Nebraska Star Beef meets all state and federal requirements for safety and takes safety a step further by building a frozen product that is designed to be frozen from the ground up - never steaks that have been on the butcher counter until they HAD to be frozen – this adds an extra margin of safety and also improves quality. This is a product that we make to feed our family; rest assured that safety will never be compromised when you serve Nebraska Star Beef products to your family.
