Preparation Instructions: Thaw Completely in refrigerator, this can take up to 36 hours. Preheat oven to 350F. Remove from plastic and cover with aluminum foil and place on a drip rack in a roasting pan. Cook at 350F for 2 hours OR until the internal temp is the following temperature for your desired level of doneness.

This Prime Rib has been commercially cooked to an internal temperature of 130F and held there for 118 minutes at a low temperature - it is still very pink in the middle. While it is a cooked product, however, it is designed to be reheated prior to serving.
